I really enjoyed this book, loved Gaspode and Laddie especially. I enjoyed all of the references to films and Hollywood. The books so far have felt very same-y to me, but this one seemed to have an edge to it, which was quite refreshing.

NB: Entered into the Hogwarts Reading Challenge 2012 under History of Magic, as this book was all about the magic of Holy Wood.
